"Kick-Ass Grill is top-notch!"
I had ordered from a couple of other places before, but they never sent my stuff, claiming there was a delay with shipping from Canada. Then I stumbled upon Kick-Ass Grill, and man, I got my grill parts in under 4 days! They're fantastic, and I’d totally suggest them to anyone looking for replacement parts.

"Unsure if the damage occurred during shipping... Parts Missing and Damaged"
I’m not sure if the damage happened during shipping, but the front shelf is bent and the utensils rack is broken. Also, the pin that opens the vent for the firebox is damaged too. I ordered a cover for it, but it never arrived. I really dig how sturdy it is, though. I'm currently putting it to the test right now.

"Great Service from Kick Ass Grills"
The service from Kick Ass Grills was solid, but FedEx seemed either too lazy or just plain dumb to knock or ring the bell. They just left the package out on the porch in the rain. If they had put it closer to the house, the eave above could've shielded it from some of the rain.

"Struggled a bit with the buying process"
I had a tough time getting my order through. Almost threw in the towel and headed over to BBQGUYS. The site just wouldn’t let me finish my order. Kept saying the Captcha wasn’t recognized or something like that. I tried refreshing, closing the tab, and nada. Finally, I switched to my laptop, and after a couple of attempts, I managed to complete the purchase.

Awesome deals and fantastic support. Quick shipping. One of the products got messed up by the delivery service, but they swapped it out right away. I’d definitely suggest Kick Ass Grills!!!
